BardWorks is a collaborative effort on behalf of the Career Development Office (CDO), Office of Development and Alumni/ae Affairs (ODAA), Dean of Students Affairs Office (DOSA) and the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) to support Bard students with career exploration and preparation for their lives after graduation. The goal of BardWorks is to support the development of our students by linking their Liberal Arts education to the workplace. The BardWorks 2023 program will explore how students can connect their education to career pathways through mindful career and life design and making purposeful connections. Whether students are considering an internship in their field of interest or beginning to think about their next steps post Bard, this program will allow students to hear from and connect with alumni/ae, parents and professionals making an impact in their careers. BardWorks hopes to help students explore pathways and understand how strengthening networking skills and taking on experiential learning initiatives can impact their ability to become leaders in their communities, make a difference in the lives of others and succeed professionally. The BardWorks program is designed for sophomores, juniors and seniors studying any major.
